Kieran Rigby is the global president of Crawford Claims Solutions, the core of Crawford’s claims handling business. Kieran became part of the Crawford family in 2014 when the company acquired GAB Robins UK, where he was CEO and shareholder. Since joining Crawford, he has also served as CEO of Crawford Europe and Latin America, and in 2017, he was promoted to international president, overseeing all operations outside U.S.
In 2018, when Crawford restructured under Global Service Lines, Kieran was appointed Global President, Crawford Claims Solutions (CCS). As the leader of CCS, he oversees field adjusting services, including catastrophe, WeGoLook, and building and surveying consultancy services. Kieran is focused on industry disruption, leveraging modern innovations, such as AI-enabled technology, self-service applications, virtual adjusting and remote claims management, just to name a few. His customer-centric approach ensures that CCS consistently delivers excellent claims management services tailored to the needs of the client.
Kieran has been involved in loss adjusting and claims management activities for 35 years. During that time, he managed the GAB Robins businesses in Ireland before moving with his family to Sydney for several years, to run the Australian operation. While there, he also assumed responsibility for the Asia-Pacific and South African regions and became the Global COO. He returned to London in late 2005 and currently works from Crawford's London office.
Rigby is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and a former president of FUEDI, the Federation of European Loss Adjusting Associations.
