Crawford Specialty Solutions (CSS)
Crawford’s CSS operating segment principally generates revenues through its Global Technical Services (GTS) and Contractor Connection service lines. Crawford GTS employs the largest and most experienced team of strategic loss managers and technical adjusters in the world, positioning the segment to be the definitive solution for large and complex claims. Contractor Connection is the insurance industry’s largest and most trusted provider of managed repair services. Its network of certified professional contractors allows clients in the U.S., Canada, the UK, Australia, and Germany to deliver industry-leading quality service to their customers.
